A good start to the season for the Huncote boys!! Huncote batted first and built a score 170 runs, with Ian topped scored with 54 and Speno supported with a score of 44.

Eddie and Geoff played a good role from the seconds and Ross and Brian played some good shots.

Dews and Brian bowled well and Huncote tried for the win, but it was not to be and they could only get 6 wickets from the Taverners!
