Club Relationship Announced

It is with great pleasure that the club has announced a new deal with local solicitors Spearing Waite.  Huncote has renamed its ground the Huncote Spearing Waite Cricket Bowl for the new season and the firm will play a big part in the future of Huncote Cricket Club.  Club Spokesman Brian Driver was delighted with the arrangement:

"Obviously this is a big step in the club's development.  Spearing Waite are an excellent and very respectable firm, and it is their level of professionalism that the cricket club is hoping to emulate"

With a few details to tie up before the arrangement is confirmed, Huncote Cricket Online will release full details before the start of the season.  Hopefully this can become the start of a long and fruitful relationship and Huncote Cricket can build other new relations in the community.

Spearing Waite's roots stretch back to the 19th century with the founding of Parsons Waite, a firm of which John Waite became a partner in 1974. Parson Waite merged in 1993 with the 20 year old firm of Spearing & Co. which was founded by senior partner, Warwick Spearing. 

Since then, the firm has grown considerably and is now one of the major firms in Leicester. The opening of the new commercial offices in 1998 in the heart of Leicester City (with more than 30 on site parking for clients) has established the firm as a dynamic Midlands based practice recently gaining an entry in the prestigious Legal 500 Directory.
