In a match spoiled by the weather, Huncote were fortunate to lose the toss and be put in. This meant they managed 7 points to Burton's 5. Carl Spencer hit a 50 whilst Alan Sommer was close when Huncote's innings ended prematurely. This meant the side had little chance to accelerate. For Burton Dipple picked out the only wicket to fall.

In reply Roberts and Dipple did there best to match the score in quick time but the rain once again came and the match was abandoned. Ricki Swann picked up the wicket of Russell, as James Swann felt a bit of tap. MOM to Spencer for a good knock.
