Ian Crossley’s sparkling 134 took the spoils in this match up. Claredon had no answer to the right handers silky drives as Peter Kirby, Max Swords, and Carl Sommer all added support. James Brewin struck a quick fire 69 as Huncote ended on 290-5 off their 40 overs.

In reply Claredon batted the overs in a solid manner. Wickets were tough to pick up as Monk and Everest both secured half centuries. Wickets fro Smith and late on Brewin and George Crossley meant the visitors finished 98 short on 192-3.
